Your letter was intense. It brought tears to my eyes at the news of Gladys' death. The fact that you took time to just chat with her was so wonderful. The fact that you took the time and effort to contact her son was overwhelming.
If we all were more like that there would be a lot less pain and lonliness in our geriatric population.
